We go out and find your clients.
And make sure the rest find you.
3ia3 brings new customers to Florida businesses — starting with the Peruvian and Latin American business community — from two directions: an active lead engine built on public records, and the website, SEO and ads that catch the people already searching.
English & Spanish · Serving all of Florida · Month to month
Ɛ·IA·3 reads the same from both sides. IA is how you say AI in Spanish — we work in both.
Florida registers about 2,200 new companies every business day.
We measured it in the state's own daily files. Every one of them starts from zero: books, insurance, banking, a website, suppliers. If you sell to businesses, that is your market — and it renews every morning.

Most agencies wait for the phone to ring. We also go knock.
Use one side or both. They are built to feed each other: the leads we find get a website worth visiting, and the website catches the ones we didn't reach.
Lead generation that starts from the source
Every business in Florida has to register with the state. We turn those filings — and other public records — into a daily list of companies that match what you sell, in the counties you serve.

Digital positioning that catches the search
When someone in your city searches for what you do, you have to be there — and the page they land on has to ask them to call. Not just look nice.

Straight answers.
Where does the lead data come from?
From public records. Every company that registers in Florida is published by the Florida Department of State in daily files. We use company data — name, type, date, city — and enrich it with what the company itself publishes online.
Do you contact people for me?
No. We prepare the list and write the first message; you review it and send it from your own email. Every message includes a clear way to opt out.
How much does it cost?
The daily feed of new companies is $700 a month per county, month to month. Website, SEO and ads are quoted after a free review of what you already have.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. Messages, websites and search work in English, in Spanish, or both. It's in the name: IA is AI in Spanish.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Florida. The state data covers the 67 counties; we started with South Florida.
Tell us who you sell to and where.
We'll come back with what the state data shows for your county and how you show up online today. No pitch deck, no obligation.
