Client acquisition for Florida accounting firms

New Florida LLCs, on your desk the morning after they register.

Every day, new companies register with the Florida Division of Corporations, and from that day their deadlines start running. We find the ones in your county, enrich them, and write the first message — so your firm gets there before their first S-corp deadline and their first May 1 annual report.

Built for one kind of firm

We only do this for CPAs, bookkeepers and tax preparers.

Not dentists, not roofers. Everything in the feed is written around the calendar a new Florida LLC lives by.

2 mo. 15 daysThe window to elect S-corp status for the tax year — "no more than 2 months and 15 days after the beginning of the tax year" (IRS, Instructions for Form 2553).

Sources: IRS, Instructions for Form 2553 · Florida Department of State, 2026. In South Florida alone, between 516 and 974 new companies were registered per business day (state daily files, Sept 16–22, 2026).

Price

One firm per county.

The feed for a county goes to one accounting firm — the first one to say yes. That's what makes it different from a raw list anyone can buy.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Can't I just buy the raw list?

You can — raw filings sell for a few dollars per thousand. What you get is a spreadsheet of company names with no phone and no email. We do the part after that: filter, enrich, write.

Do you contact the companies for me?

No. We prepare everything; you review and send from your own email. Your firm, your name, your relationship.

Do you share the owners' personal details?

No. The feed is about the company: name, type, date, city, and what the company publishes about itself online.

What if my county is already taken?

We tell you, and you can take a neighboring county or go on the waiting list.

Do you also build the website?

Yes — that's the passive side of 3ia3. Most firms start with the feed and add the website and SEO once the feed is paying for itself.
